Assire not working

Basically, when I play the card It won't show me the graveyard and Just float in the air. It's a very frustrating bug, and It happened both in PC and Xbox One

That's odd because I have used the card myself and never had this issue. Please, contact support and let them know about it.

At times It does work, but at others It doesn't. Perhaps you have been lucky and It never happened to you
