Audio for Voices drowns out since 1.05 dlc
Hi,
I was playing TW3 without any major problems since release and through the various patches.
But now something extremely annoying is happening since the last DLC patch (fool's gold, gwent set).
When I initiate a cutscene dialogue (camera goes into fixed dialogue mode) Geralt's and the person's voice I am talking too
are being played with a lowered volume.
The volume itself that is being chosen seems random, from slightly lower volume to almost impossible to hear.
Each reload or death and reload exacerbates the issue until Geralt's and the NPC's voice is almost muted.
There seems to be no direct fix for this, numerous reloads or restarts of the game do not seem to fix it.
Sometimes you can hear pops and crackles during dialgoues and then the audiolevel jumps back to normal levels only
to fade away again during the same dialogue. This does NOT affect any of the background voices, effects or soundtrack.
They play perfectly clear.
As you can imagine this is extremely annoying in a story-driven game with alot of dialogues. So severe in fact that I chose to stop playing atm.
I did all the usual things, checked my drivers, eventlog etc
Win 7 x64 6GB RAM
Realtek HD audio onboard
