I did not see this thread and posted in another, but I'm experiencing this audio glitch as well since 1.04 hopefully devs see these and can do something in next update.

I also have noticed more bugs with PS4's 1.04 patch, this one included but encourage others not to panic or be upset and to find compassion/understanding for what CD Projekt Red is working on for us. Game is huge and staff is small and game is on multiple platforms all the while trying to meet deadlines like DLC releases and upcoming expansion packs on top of fixing bugs which sprawl out on to each platform and are unique to each.I feel theyve been so good to me with everything and my way of saying "Thank you" back to them is giving them my patience/understanding with the current issues knowing that they will fix them in due time.
Hope you guys can find it in your hearts to do the same. They aren't your typical AAA company and actually treat their fans right, on top of that, even with these bugs, game is still the best ive ever played and ive been gaming since Duck Hunt on NES back in early 90's. No, I am not an Pong/Atari guy but close lol (^ _ - ) Seen a lot over the years and can assure you guys, CDPR are worth your patience. It will all work out, give it some time. If your really bothered or at a spot you can't possibly continue, play another game and check here for to see if updates have been released. You won't regret it! Best yet, read one of the Witcher books! I love the books more than the game if that says anything.

Don't get me wrong I love this game and find it amazing I've never played the witcher series before and only heard about how great it was. I'm glad it finally made to Sony.
The thing is I was having almost zero issues unlike so many unfortunate others, yes frame dips and pop ins hit me but not game breaking issues or even game interrupting. But with one glitch another one can piggy back it and then it gets frustrating and annoying. So in no way am I blaming anyone I realize the massive game this is, I'm just hoping that they see this just like so many other issues people are experiencing and that a fix can be in the next patch, because I'm hooked and its just disappointing not to be able to play this game right now. Patiently waiting is all I can do.

This issue has completely ruined the ending for me. I'm beyond frustrated right now.
I have the same problem with the audio stuttering here since patch 1.04.
Also note, this issue affects certain scenes during the ending, and also the end credits. The sound warbles like like an old cassette from '80s.

I am also having the audio skipping issue in the main menu. Before I patched the game to 1.04, the music in the main menu never skipped at all.
After patching the game to 1.04, the music in the main menu sounds like a broken record from the 80s.
Please fix this in the next patch, CDPR!!!!!
