In the Heist mission when driving to Konpeki Plaza, Delamain Crashed into several cars, took the wrong route and ended up flipped upside down.
In the "With a little help from my friends" mission it says to get into Panam's car But she just bugs out and ends up sitting halfway through the floor, and no car. if you say you'll meet her there, same thing happens. Quest is now broken.
In the quest "Second Conflict", after meeting Bes Isis at Totentanz, I got into her car and she basically kidnapped me, just drove non-stop for well over 10 minutes taking completely the wrong route, crashing into walls, pulling U-turns and just general odd behaviour... the press to skip ride prompt became inactive.

When riding with Rogue to the Ebunike she repeatedly crashed into walls and got stuck.
In "I fought the law" when riding with River to meet his CI, He froze at a junction and would simply not drive, sat there for a good 5-10 minutes waiting.
Player Autodrive keeps crashing me into walls and other drivers, most notably on the switchback leading to North Oaks. Multiple times I've set autodrive to pass through that way, and EVERY time when I reach the round about, my vehicle takes a sharp right, drives into the grass in the muddle of the roundabout, then does a 180 and drives full speed into the guard rail by the side of the road, getting the vehicle stuck.
After these recent "Fixes" to Auto drive, I've had no end of problems and it's getting quite frustrating... In all the time I've played this game, I have NEVER had this many problems in a playthrough... I didn't even experience this level of bugs when it was first released...
