Doesn't seem to work, the one lady exits after the chat and I can't go inside to speak with judy
I have the same problem as op and reloading older saves hasn't work. I'm just hoping the patch thos week works

I'm having the invisible wall problem with Evelyn still spawned on the other side. 1.05 didn't fix the issue.
I still can't through the main door into the Lizzie. That mox girl keeps bugging at 6:00pm and I open the door and the stupid pink neon light still reads closed and can't walk through the main door.
I’m not sure if this will help, but I it told me to talk to Judy, and when I got down to her place it was her and the lady and wouldn’t let me actually talk to her for a few hours, I accidentally overheard a conversation a lady was having right when you walk into the main room upstairs and after I heard that conversation I went back down stairs and the mission updated and allowed me to talk to her! Hope that helped!
Could you explain what you mean? Did you walk back up to the conversation after it had bugged and waited, or you reloaded and went for the conversation?

So for those who don't know how to enter lizzie's club from the main entrance because of the "closed" sign, I have the issue for you.
1- Get the car Caliburn (purchase it)
2- Get next the wall (any) of the lizzie's club with the car (Caliburn!!!!!)
3- Get out of the car until you get throught the wall.
You have to get out of the car from the conducter way not passager !! I put you the video to glitch the wall if you don't understand what i wrote (I'm not english)

I fixed it. The only way I could do it was to go back to a save before you first meet judy and evelyn. I think the glitch is from that quest as when I finished it Evelyn was standing by the door just like she is in the glitch. I played through it all and now the glitch is gone. I hope that helps
In my case, I can't find a way of fixing this. the doors are locked on the basement level of the bar.
And I'm stuck on the second part, after the "prologue" and get a call from Judy asking to meet.
The shot I took shows the doors closed when they suppose to be open. (Can't load from an older save cause I don't have it anymore, went to do other missions hoping for this one to fix by itself)

After several playthrough I've encountered "the bug" now: Meet with Judy, yellow quest marker points to the bouncer but she won't talk to me. No way to continue that mission. I'm Nomad lvl 43 and not willing to start anew. Please advise.

Update: Did "Gimme Danger" and now I can talk to the bodyguard, enter and talk to Judi. On the next part now, off to Clouds. E.

Update on this, I manage to get inside the basement using this NOCLIP from NexusMods:

Yes, its safe, a bit hard to use but for small gaps it worked like a charm.
The thing is, even after entering the room, Judy simply won't talk to me.
Still stuck, really need a help with this one.

It seems like the trigger for the basement dialogue is the door opening, and since I'm not able to open it, using Noclip to pass it did not fix the issue for me.
Also, maybe there is something with the bodyguard at the from door, I remember going inside without allowing her to finish her sentence, going back did not fixed the bug
Really hoping CDPR could help us here
