Automatic Subtitles for forein language in game

I play in german language, with all subtitles off. German Localization is pretty ok in this game.

BUT

there are a lot of scenes in the game and even dialogues with other NPCs which are in - for example - Japanese. I have to go to the Audio Menu and turn on subtitles or I do not understand a single word. Maybe add an option to turn subtitles on automatically when there is foreign language like japanese or spanish?
