Avatars and Signatures

As a complete newbie, I would like to know how to upload avatars and create signatures...

You need to open Profile menu, and then choose "Forum Profile Information".Then You should see what to do and where write what. At the end You need confirm by clicking "Change profile" button in the very bottom of the screen.
