It gets kinda tiresome having to Ctrl+Alt+Del when the game doesn't start cause it's still open as a background process
I looked it up and someone said something about another account on the computer has it running (I didn't read it all), I'm the only user on this computer
I don't remember this happening before the first hotfix patch (crashes/some funny bugs but game would completely shut down when quitting game)
I'm not sure if Steam has anything to do about it...all my other games shut down completely
