Bear school gear

Hello. I want to collect bear gear, what should I do? How this quest should appear? I decided to start with silver sword. I already beated gargoyles but there was no diagram in chest. Thanks in advance

You can find the merchant that has the map to it at the Bridge of Kaer Trolde, in fact its actually an armorer so hes hard to miss. Are you sure you are at the right location? If you were at the chest with 2-3 Gargoyles and an Ice Elemental then it was the diagram for the Silver Bear sword and you were at the right location. Swords are apart from the full armor set, just so you know. Crossbow aswell, but you'd need level 29 for it so might aswell wanna skip it till you get to that level.

Forgot to add that you don't really need those maps.
