Beast of Honorton Quest missing.

I have all the DLC. I can see the where cat and wolf quest listed as installed.

I deleted all mods.

I reloaded game. I went to skellige. I waited 25 hours.

I came back to oreton. crow's nest. nothing.

no quest there.

Not sure... Where are you in the main quest line? Not all quests are available until you reach a certain point, nor do some side quests last indefinitely. I think the DLC stuff should remain active until you complete the game, however...

I have not done any of the skellige quests other than meet Yen (not even gone to wake)

I am at "now or never"

I am level 24.

I think there were monsters in unmarked honorton and I killed them and people moved it. maybe not. but people are there.
