Beat on the Brat: Kabuki Quest Bugged

I attempted this quest line early in my playthrough. During one of my attempts I accepted the bet but left the arena before accepting the fight to start. I encountered a bug where I can no longer interact with them. No dialogue options to start so I can't complete the quest.

I was hoping maybe they would reset after doing some of the other quests. I'm now 40 hours later in the game and have now beaten the other 3 and just need to complete this fight.

Has anyone encountered this issue and found a way to reset the fight?

Have you tried hitting them in order to start the fight? Does that trigger cops?

Either then that. Best practice right now ist to load a previous save and try again when you encounter this kind of bugs.

hahahaha oh man. I swear, this would've happened to me as well XD
