You do not kill random people in Wild Hunt. Anyone in combat basically deserves it and if lethal force is used, as opposed to a simple beating, then it was warranted. You'll see when you play the game.

The guy in the video absolutely deserved it. Not only did he usually park in handicapped parking spots, he also had a ton of overdue library books and hadn't called his mum to wish her Happy Mother's Day.
