Behind the scenes DVD in B&W

Was it intentional for the behind the scenes DVD to be in Black and White? I just popped it in to see what it was all about and it kind of stinks that everything is in B&W. This is the North American retail distribution.

The problem I have with the Behind the Scenes DVD is none of the menus appear to work... Well that's not entirely accurate... I choose an option, watch it til the end or hit the Menu bitton on the remote, it goes back to some different menu than the one I started on, and no way to get back to the top level menu... I've had to open/close the DVD drawer to get back to the very top level menu... The navigation is complete bunk...

I'm not sure how this applies to "in-game tech", but oh well!

If you press the right arrow while in a submenu, it brings you to the top right corner where there is a "back to main menu" circle. It doesn't say "back to main menu". It's just a circle with an arrow, but I figured it out easily enough. I'm used to "guess the meat" navigation.
