Anyone been able to activate this quest? Picked up the notes but nothing happens when reading them.

As far as I can tell, there are at least 2-3 quests in Kaer Morhen that can't be acquired/completed.

i managed to finish all the 6 quest you get in kaermorhen, in order to start the quest you need to go to talk to vesemir about finding the notes. then he tells you what to do next and the quest appears on the quest log.

Appears to have bugged for me aswell. Only option i have with him is asking something about Emphyr.

Yup same here. I have the Berengar's note but no quest trigger.

Picked up and read notes, but no option when talking to Vesemir.

Hi,
If you already have Tor'haerne crafting scheme, or if Vesemir is not available, quest 'Berengar's Blade' won't start .

Well it's weird the crafting scheme becomes available before you even got the Berengar's notes, stoping you from starting it... Losing the quest because some random loot already gave me the crafting scheme isn't nice
