Berserk does not trigger when played from hand at 1 power (because of Shilard)

Opponent played Shilard and set my Vildkaarl to 1 power. When I played Vildkaarl from hand, Berserk does not trigger. Possibly a bug or confusing phrasing of the Berserk keyword.

Shilard set DB power to 1, i was able to play it. Berserk ability didn't work even though it was not locked (unable to meet the berserk requirement).

It seems Berserk is a bit iffy with Shilard. Please, contact CDPR support and let them know about it.
