Honestly, I'm not. While they did make awesome changes such as better fleshed out companions, weapon modding, and I did like to see a return to the West, I just didn't like it as much. The quest balance for factions was god awful, I ran into way more bugs than 3(yes, yes Bethesda's engine), and I didn't feel the dlc's were as good(Can't speak on lonesome road as I've not played it. But of course these are just my personal opinions.

Very true. After hearing from so many worshipers that Morrowind was the end-all-be-all of the series I tried it out. I like the text dialogue a lot, combat is more challenging, quests are more challenging, but to me its pretty overrated.
Fallout 3 is the best they've got, and I liked it a lot. I thought Skyrim would use the improvements to companions, quests, story/character development, etc. in Skyrim. Nope. I don't understand this at all--and no, I cannot accept "dumbing down for dumbing down's sake" as an answer.
But, call me a sour prude, I' not getting it anyway whatever it is. Wasteland 2 here I come
Morrowind doesn't need nostalgia defending it, it's a genuinely awesome RPG. In fact, it's one of my favourite RPGs of all time. It's just really fucking good. Shame that The Elder Scrolls decided to diverge from that level of quality. Oblivion was the shittiest of them all while Skyrim was pretty good.Csszr said:

My response as well. CDPR released one TW2 screenshot around a year before release and there were collective nerdgasms the world over. This on the other hand is just stupid. You want to get people hyped, show them what the game will look like.Dona said:
