Bits and Winter blades way to upscale is BAD for gameplay.

Hi!

So, Bits and Winter (finally) got upscale mechanics and this long awaited one.

BUT, the way they upscale, by bumping gear level when player level just raised means:

1. You want to take it as soon as possible to use it at full potential, so the gear level will be a match for yours.
2. Never use other steel sword, because you may get level up when you are using it and there will be no level bump.

#2 is less than issue, but #1 is a pain: Hatori's quests are 24Lvl and the Bits is just 21. Also Winter is 22 and this means you should be at 22 completing Brothers in Arms. And this means you should be really careful with side quests and contracts, basically avoiding them until the Battle of Kaer Morhen.

Please change their upscale mechanics to be like what Aerondight has: no leveling, just damage bump.
