Can you still get the Black Roach (Horse) if you did not bring Ciri to Emhyr?

I guess the Empress ending have the most perks in the game. One is being able to see your romance one last time, and then this.

Got me thinking about the endings again.

No, you cannot.

The only way to get the black horse is to bring Ciri to Emhyr and to refuse the money

I would not interpret too much in the amount of content of the different endings. At the end they were running out of time. Maybe they originally planned to add more content to the Witcheress ending
