Black Screen, can't progress after going into tavern after meeting Sile De Tansarville for first time.

Basically people disappear in the tavern and any attempt to exit it fails miserably no matter how I do it and always makes the game freeze with a black screen.

Same problem, I am just gonna uninstall everything, and re-download my copy from Amazon. Patch it to 2.1 >.< This EE is a no go for me with all these problem

Why not just claim your copy from GOG .

I think GOG's copy is EE now.
He wants a rollback to 2.1

Heh the 360 version can't really be rolled back.

After managing some other quests I was able to eventually go into the tavern and out of it, but I couldn't immediately when I had just been following the main plot and not the side quests.
