Black screen on first launch

So i install Gwent and launch it for the first time, then it loads up and the loading screen appears like any other game, but after the loading screen the game procced to be a blackscreen, I can still hear the in-game sound, if I press up key or down key, then move my mouse the cursor appears

If it works for Thronebreaker it should be useful for Gwent too.

It says the update is not applicable to your computer, meanwhile it's for the my version of windows, so it does not work

Yes, it is, Gwent is the only game that shows this black screen

It definitely sounds like a codec issue to me, but I don’t know enough about your Computer to say more. You could also update Windows, maybe that helps too.

Sending a ticket to support (link above) is probably best.
