Black Steel in the Hour of Chaos missing Reed

+
Reed is just dissapeared when i must talk to him in abandoned hotel in pacifica where is 6 street located, the Gunner actually arguing with the wall where Reed must to be, and i just can't finish this quest. Oh, and i also can't reload early saves before this quest because quicksaves which i do only available after entering this mission and Normal saves are on the beginning of DLC, also in that location all my interface also glitched and i can't use my phone and car anywhere in game where i move to that location.

Just reinstalled game and start it without mods - same issue, Reed just don't appear. What to do? Is this even normal to allow such bugs? How i suppose to finish DLC lol???

On your save, did you use mods?
If yes, well... Mod data can remain in save files, and so the issues. Which means that no matter if you disable, uninstall mods or even perform a clean install of the game, you will still encoutering the issue.

The reality is that you can't just remove or disable mods in CP2077. These mods aren't the plug in type you'd see in a Bethesda game for example and anything more than texture/model replacers have a chance to permanently alter your game/ save file.

You could first try verifying your game files to reacquire any that has been altered significantly enough.

If that doesn't do it, you'd have to try a clean install as described here:

If that still doesn't work then it means your save file has been permanently altered. Note that your save might not load at all if the mods you were using are missing. You would likely have to load an earlier save to be safer that his appearance triggers normally.

If none of that works then it most likely means starting over.

That's just the risk of modding.

Just installed the mods again and the bug solved and Reed now on his place, while i tried go to the quest point without mods the bug still exist. WTF lol?
Also, i use only appearance and reset abilities mods, nothing more.

Mods can affect the game in unexpected way, so who know... Beside, I could be wrong, but I don't remember anyone who have a similar issue which tend to point out a mod issue.
