How many digrams are we supposed to get in Flotsam? I furthered the plot with only Anathema, and it says quest failed.

Six diagrams. All the armor and both swords.

Edit: You must also craft everything, not just acquire the diagrams.

All of it has to be crafted in Flotsam? Shit. Alright, where the hell are they?

The dwarf blacksmith, Berthold Candeleria, has all the diagrams. He should be where you got the Anathema diagram.

How do I find all the materials required for the outfit?

Lots of choices here you can either buy the necessary crafting materials or have them crafted for you by buying the necessary crafting diagrams . Also when looting Flotsam you can find some of the materials needed for the construction of the outfit and or swords also when looting the houses and crates scattered throughout flotsam be sure and use the the "storage" in the inn basement . Be prepared to spend a lot of coin .
