Blindingly obvious climb bug

sorry for posting this as i seen others have done so aswell however they resolved it by downloading a mod and spawning a new geralt?!? i dont really want to be doing anything that will bug my game later on so i dont know if i should do this but i an just hitting an invisable wall right now when trying to sneak up and i cant go past this please help!!
