Blood and wine activation

Hello guys, I'm level 6 and and I do have the Hearts of Stone quest since level 3 or 4... But when do I receive the first quest of Blood and Wine?

After a main quest called "Poet Under Pressure" the first Blood & Wine quest will automatically activate.
