Blue Dream not working on Leaders is a crime...

This card is utterly useless some might have only spells or won't use a Gold card for the entire game. Mention all those details in card descriptions this is a joke you learn your card is working differently mid-game. There isn't enough cards too to replace everything that's broken.

If Blue Dream could target Leaders, then Renew should be able to do it, too. Which would turn Cahir into a special on a 1-point stick.

IMO Leaders should remain special, the way they are now. They're almost always stronger than regular Golds.

hmm never seen a deck with no gold unit

Situational cards are just like this, don't even try to use them unless you know what you are doing (in this case, have an idea about which gold you will steal in opponent's deck based on their cards and use blue dream when it has max effect)

It's not a matter of no Golds in a deck, for instance if you use Xarthisius your opponent might not get to play a single Gold and your own card becomes useless. You can not afford that in competitive game and this is just a matter of poor thinking here from developer. If you have to mill Roach and some other useless Spells too you won't have the possibility to get another not wanted card out of your hand like Blue Dream (when you know guy won't have anything you will be able to use).

Enemies get to play 2 Gold cards on average: some Leader and Letho: Kingslayer, Dwarf that boosts other Dwarves kinda useless for you...

I could agree with OP, just because blue dream is almost useless. But anyways there are always weak cards, it's normal, I can't see the problem

I think this card is really situational, and therefore you may get punished depending on your opponent plays.

The only way I see you coul be pretty sure to get value from it is playing NR, and playing Dijkstra before the Blue Dream.

Anyway, if you cannot afford that a situational card may not get any value in competitive games, just switch it by another one that is less reliable in your opponent's plays

On the other hand, if you really want to use it, either you accept it may be a dead card in some matches, or you bring it to casual play where you may accept the card may not get value

Btw, imo it should not ress leaders

Maybe not run Blue Dream in a deck that has many other cards it needs to redraw in order to be effective? Beeing stuck with Blue Dream in hand because you had to redraw something else is not necesarily a card design problem, but also a deck building problem. Relying on many cards whose effect is highly specific or requires them to be in your deck for maximum effect is obviously gonna raise the chance to end up with one or more cards useless to the current situation in hand.
