Blue-ish flashes make my head explode

I get random blue flashes, while playing and in some animation. Looks like fireworks.
It makes my game unplayable because it gives me a headache.
I'm playing on ultra with 60 fps. Changing it to 30 does help a little.

I have no idea how to tackle this.

Dual-Monitor setup
Intel Intel Core i5 4670K 3,4GHz
MSI GTX970 GAMING (overclocked)
MSI Z87-GD65 GAMING
GeIL Black Dragon GB38GB1600C9DC 4x4gb PC3-12800 (DDR3-1600)
Samsung LED Monitor XL2370 23", HDMI

Sounds like it could be a sign of your GPU feeling a little stressed. I'd try lowering your clocks a little, see if it fixes it.

I think I might be getting a similar issue, I'm just uploading a video of the problem now, I'll post it here when it's uploaded to youtube.

No-one so far has had any answers for me, hopefully we can determine if it's the same issue.

Intel I7 4790K
GIGABYTE GTX 970 G1
ASUS Z97 DELUXE
KINGSTON HYPERX 1866 16GB (2X 8GB)
LG LED MONITOR 24" (HDMI)

Thanks. I'll return it to stock setting and if it helps I'll crank them up slowly.
Hopefully thats it.
Stupid I didnt think of that

Sorry, it isnt. Well, maybe it is but I have different problems. Mine are reall blue-ish flashes that appear seemingly random on my screen. There are so many and it happens very fast so it looks like fireworks. I'll make a video if the solution of mmmu doesnt work.

Thanks, that was it. I feel kinda stupid though.
I changed the settings back to the stock settings and everything is working fine now. Didnt need to crank up the settings for a smooth experience so I leave it as it is now.
