On last Gen as I am I can understand this but I'd love if they at least made the VS apartment machine look good

Do you also have problems with some billboards in low resolution?

I'm not sure, I stopped playing the game after this since I couldn't figure out how to fix this issue. It's somewhat game-breaking for me.

Try to go down with graphic settings or at least limit FPS. It may speed up texture loading times and improve it.

I’ve tried setting DLSS to quality and tweaking graphics settings, still no fix :/

I believe that there is nothing that you can do by your own. Some ads bilboards and machines still at low resolution whatever your settings.
At best, you can report it to the support ("contact us" button).
