I pre-ordered this game on Amazon before it was released. Once I received it there were all sorts of hassels trying to get everything running, so I shoved it back in the box and up on the shelf.
Yesterday I pulled it down and re-installed it (since 2.0 was released I thought I'd give it another try).

However, there is nowhere to enter my bonus code for pre-ordering (Ultimate Swordsman Suit).
Please tell me where I enter my code...

The Patch already includes all DLC released so far.

Then why does everyone have the Roche Commando Jacket, Ultimate Swordsman kit, Herbalist Gloves etc ?

Like I said, all DLC, even the pre-order stuff, is already included in patches.

Pham is correct in that ALL DLC`s are included with patches . No code will be needed for any DLC that you might have pre-ordered .
