Book illustrations

OMG THIS THREAD IS AMAZING!!!!

Thank you all for amazing illustrations!
Am I the only one who imagined events in the books almost exactly as in these pictures? Also, Im impressed how similar these illustrations look to CDPR's recreation of characters (or should I say visa-versa)! CDPR did outstanding job too :)

I assume that Marigold is translation of Dandelion (Jaskier in polish), right?
LOL Thanks for explaining! I was so confused with this strange translation. First I was like: "wh.. wha.. what?... How is this Triss, what does she do here and why she look so.. Male?" ? :DD

Well if you are interested, here's the entire Witcher gallery of Jana Komárková. There's much more stuff, including illustrations that didn't make it into new editions/re-releases of the novels. :)

Also, found a bunch of new czech illustrations from the newest "Season of Storm". Not sure if it's by the same author, though.

Geralt
Astrid Lyttneyd Ásgeirfinnbjornsdottir or Lytta "Coral" Neyd :p
Mozaïk
Brehen, Witcher of the Cat School

Beautiful in it's simplicity, love that the approach is the absolute contrary to the "larger than life" estethics prevalent in fantasy.

This thread is amazing! I absolutely love the older portrayals of many of the characters.

Thank you so much for uploading all of this art as well. :)
