Borderless Window Runs at Half FPS
Just wanted to report a bug I found. Fraps was registering ~fps 60 fps while playing in borderless windows but it felt jerky to me like it was really running at 30 fps or so. Sure enough I switched over to fullscreen and the game seemed to double in fps and played much smoother. There is something strange going on with your borderless window. I turned vysnc off through all this so that's unrelated. I have a 120 hz monitor and a 680 GTX SLI setup. Not sure if either of those contributed to this bug but I wanted you to be aware.
