Broken Arm Glitch ---VIDEO---

I recently got Hearts of Stone so I have began to la the game again. After fast traveling around I got this weird brown arm glitch.

Make a save then load into it

Yeah that also happened in my game. Weird! I reloaded the game and it was fine.

I had a similar incident but with the legs.
Geralt was running as if on his knees. In mid-air, mind you.
As posted in the OP, a Save load cleared the issue and it hasn't returned in 15+ hours since.

Hmm, I'm getting this one a bit too often for my taste (got it three times in a single session once).
