Broken servers, need fix asap

I did not have disconnection since months...but yesterday I lost 3 matches because of disconnection...and my internet connection is fine. Thanks God they were casual matches.

Has anybody got their missing missing scraps / ores / kegs / other rewards?

I've submitted a ticket on Sept 5th, got an answer that they're looking into the problem on 10th, it's 13th and I'm still missing the 14 kegs (that I could use today because of legendary keg event)

I am in the same position as you -- lost 1800 ore on 9/5 and have received several emails that they're working on it, but I'm bummed that I'm probably going to lose 18 legendaries for no reason

I am literally in the same situation rn. Sent it on the fifth, a week ago they said they were investigating my ticket, and so far I haven't received anything. I lost 1000 scraps for no reason.
