Does anything in this game work as intended?

The sun started coming up at 3am......
There were kids playing outside in the dead of night.....

What exactly did you delay the game twice for? I expect basic things to work such as time of day visuals in a "open world" game.

A "game breaking issue" is something that actually breaks the game, like a crash or a bug in a quest preventing you from progressing. The most this does gameplay-wise is affect a certain skill.

On topic though: I've seen a few threads on this. It stands a good chance of being addressed in the patch that's supposed to come out in the next week.

It is what it is. Why should the sun not rise at 3am!!?

Longer days is better than longer nights in my opinion.

Do You realize that in some places of the world the sun actually rises very early. Where I live the sun will actually not set at all during midsummer. So to me this is not a problem, and quite realistic for a northern country. I do however agree that children should not be outside playing at that time. But this is nowhere near game breaking. Maybe fix camera stuttering for example before these details...

well this is exactly the kind of realism that sucks in a game. a full day night cycle is better
