Brothers in Arms: Novigrad quests. Bug with Triss

So i must to help Triss with evacuate the mages from Novigrad. I go to her and the quest don't start. :sadtriss:

It may or may not be the same bug, but perhaps it is related: on completing "A matter of life and death", "Now or never" is not started in some cases. I guess ignoring that would later lead to the same problem as above. Are there any other conditions for triggering "Now or never", or is it indeed a bug ?

By the way, did you find out the location of Dijkstra's treasure ? I do not know why that would matter, but it seems the first time I did it is also when Now or Never got broken. It could very well be a coincidence, however.
