Brouver Hoog Not Working Properly

Brouver Hoog is now unable to select silver neutral cards, he can only select Scoai'tael silver cards. I didn't see this listed as an update in the notes (although I could have missed it). Previously, I was able to select neutral silver without issue.

Playing on Xbox One.

Brouver Hoog is working as intended and he can play neutral silver cards, BUT only UNITS! His ability was changed in Open Beta.
