Buck Arnold Fight + Permanent Slow Motion when Quickhacking and triggered Synaptic Accelerator

Issue:
V's Synaptic Accelerator (slows time when detected) triggered while I was Quickhacking after winning the fight against Buck Arnold. This caused me to stay in a state of quickhack slow motion.

Workaround:
Reload save and not do the same thing.

Not sure if intended but V does not get any eddies payback in return. However, still gets to pick up the rifle.

Same bug: cant get money back; Buck is staying and do nothing, also you cant finish him when he is lying on the ground.

This still seems like an issue after patch 1.1. After betting 12k and winning the fight, I am unable to actually kill the guy and he has no loot when he becomes injured.
