[BUG] [1.03] Destroyed Saves meets the XP Bug

I've lost my patience.

I put 60 hours into what is otherwise a masterpiece of a game....and then 9 out of 10 saves I have are destroyed by the shoddy programming. Yes, I tried all the arbitrary fixes.

I start again...with the one remaining save I had that worked....around 10 to 15 hours in ...since patch 1.03 did nothing for my scorched saves.

Now I am officially 98 hours in to the game and have been hit by the XP bug.. Any main story quest completion within 1 to 2 levels of my current level offer ZERO XP.

Dear developers....I do love this game...but you've not taken what should've been a top 3 game from the past 30 years....and turned it into me feeling like I paid $60 for an invitation to an open beta.

If you would please.....make up for you launching a game that absolutely positively was not ready for public consumption.

Own up to it.

Don't know how to address the XP Bug... but for the Save Bug... you said 9/10 were dead... so one was still available, in which case did you try completing Murder at the Byways quest? I had that save bug and fixed it by completing that quest.

You're saying use the one good save....complete that one quest...then see if my previous saves work?

If I'm understanding you correctly...I'll try that now....
