[BUG] Bandit Camp + Hideout

Just a few bug reports!

Bandit Camp in Velen, far left, above the ship icon and in between 2 hidden treasures, just below Condyle, when cleared, the icon doesn't grey out on the map after looting the chest/clearing all the enemies

Hideout to the right of Lindenvale, cleared it before going to the Reardon Family Manor for the quest chain, then when led there to see Louis and finished that quest, the '?' reappeared and when I go there is already cleared and impossible to clear the '?' now!

Sorry to bother, just bothers my OCD
