Bug Blacksmith Backbough

Hello,

I encountered a bug with blacksmith in Blackbough, i can't interact to him even if i tried to meditate few hours later at day.
I'm using PC version 1.07.
Thanks you to reported this issue.

Meditating one hour during the day worked for me before 1.07 and still works with 1.07.

I'm unable to speak with him too. No icon to talk to him but it shows his icon on the map.
