[bug] Box of light around Geralt in Oxenfurt

Just reporting a strange box of sunlight/moonlight around Geralt on the Novigrad Gate in Oxenfurt. I think something is messed up in the shading of this place.

No, I recently purchased a GTX960 but that's a glitch I also had with my previous card a GTX660.
So no one else had this? Is it card related?

Ive had it in every version, on multiple AMD and NV cards. Same as the wierd shadows indoors, always been there. I rarely actually notice it and dont care when I do.

Seems it's everywhere, hopefully it gets fixed in the next patch
