Hey! I've had this bug since late December. It was kinda hinted that it's fixed, but I can't get around it, it would seem, with my old saves, and I really don't want to start anew.
I'm talking about the Delamain quest. I've crushed my first car just fine, but getting to the second one is causing some problems. First, after Delamain reports one of his cars is nearby, the car starts talking to me on the phone but there's no voice, mine are the only lines that are voiced. As I drive the car back to the garage, the car gets its voice again, but as I exit it, it turns out I cannot complete it since the phone is unusable.
After a few months, I tried totalling the car, loading from a previous save where I did a previous quest, driving different rounts, but none of that fixes the issue? Is there a chance I can get it done and move on? I really hate that there's this quest that bugs out the entire gameplay for me
