(Bug?) Can't give Phillipa's crystal to Yeneffer

I concluded Redania's Most Wanted quest lying to Radovid, and keeping Phillipa's crystal to myself. I have it in my inventory still, concluded The Last Wish quest in Skellige, and I read this should be the opportunity to talk to Yennefer and give it to her. But the option just doesn't show up.

Is this a bug? You don't get the option to give it to Yen if you reported back to Radovid, even if you didn't give him the crystal?

Wait did you try to find her in the Kaer Trolde Inn in the next room or is the quest not available to you as a second option? Because I think you can try to find her in there, if not I'm not sure. But I'm gonna be pissed if this part is bugged. I wanted to get this cutscene with Yennefer.

My problem with giving the crystal to Yennefer is that, as opposed as when you give it to Triss, you only see a grey portal effect in the megascope and hear the voices going, but not the sorceresses.
And the portal effect stays up forever after that moment.

Both with 1.0.6 and 1.0.7

does something happen, by the way, if you don't lie to Radovid? seeing that you need the Lodge for the main questline I don't see what would happen
