For some reason when I approach the mission area, Regina doesn't call and the cyberpsycho doesn't spawn. This is happening with my previous save files too. The area just states hostile but nothing shows up, the turrets don't trigger. Not sure how to fix this.
I am having this same issue. I have gone to the quest marker at Hargreaves St and Regina is not calling to start the quest. I have load and reload and hard started the game and still haven't gotten it to start.
