[Bug] cards in hand counting and resolution issue

Hi CD Projekt, this is what i found until now in beta testing:

- for the first problem please see the screen attached, the card counter in hands for top player is wrong
- my second problem is a resolution issue, i set 1920x1080 in the graphic options but he still to use my desktop resolution, 1280x720.

The number of cards includes unused Leader card as well. So your opponent still has 2 cards in deck + Leader card.
