(BUG) "Cave Of Dreams" - No Waypoint - 1.07

After getting the quest from Lugos to help his crew, I selected it and to my surprise there was no waypoint. Not only that, but when I decided to travel to the boat (saw it in a guide), nobody was there.
According to several guides and other people testimonies, a waypoint is supposed to exist.
It is the Xbox One version BTW.

Hopefully it gets fixed.

I have this exact same issue, on ps4

Have you completed or started Kings Gambit? That is supposed to cause the quest to fail, but was bugged in 1.07. Don't know if it got fixed in 1.08 or not.

I had the same issue on my game. Had to reload a save where King's Gambit hadn't been started.
