[BUG] Clan Tuirseach Axeman dont set to base strenght after dbomb

The second time i see that Clan Tuirseach Axeman dont set to base strenght after D-Bomb. There are stay green with Power 7 in Round 2, where they have Base Str from 3. And i see the same Axeman in Round 3 with Base Str from 4. So they don't get any base strenght buffs.

green =/= basic STR ;

skelige have +1 all units basic str after rund ; so roud 2 = 3 str , roud 3 = 4 str ;
