BUG: Dragon Contract goat not triggering boss to spawn

Hey, does anyone else have the bug in the dragon contract when the goat is led to the tower and the fight does not trigger? Tried reloading and everything but it still wont work. Makes the quest unplayable for me.

Yes. I am having this same issue.

I also had trouble spawning the monster in this quest. What worked for me was once the goat was in the orange circle, I ran to the center of the circle without the goat. This spawned the dragon for me.
