[Bug] Endless Loadingscreen 24h into the Game

I have an endless Loadingscreen after 24h into the Game. I can't continue to play because of it.
Its in Skellige on the end of the Quest The List of The King. I tryed everything, seems not to work. (Reinstalling, Starting it 100 Times)

The Game Worked perfectly until that point, no crashes etc.

Pls Help me.
I want to play again :/
