Just as title states. The game fully locks, I can ctrl+alt+del and get up the lock option screen but as far as getting back to windows goes its a no go. I have tried it multiple times but can't get past the game hanging at the point of this quest completing after you give the scanner back to del. So I've just resorted to logging off and logging back in. Which at least beats a hard reset. I can wait to do this quest at a later date once its fixed.
