[BUG/Event] "Person In Distress" Never Completes Above Hanged Man's Tree
In Velen, above Hanged Man's Tree, there's is a side "Person In Distress" event (a merchant in a cage).
He may remain there permanently and never leave the cage, thus never completing the side event. Upon first opening the cage, you can purchase stuff from him. However, returning to him again you can't do anything but randomly interact with him. Also, upon returning, you can't interact with the cage (can't close it again) even though the prompt appears.
I assume the cause is talking to him immediately after opening the cage and purchasing from him rather than letting him walk out first.
